Whether you are or have been directly affected by, or are passionate about raising awareness and fighting against the stigma of mental illness, then we’d love to see you.
Ride4Lives is all-inclusive; we’re a tight-knit, friendly bunch. Our committee members include people who have direct experience with suicide, including those who have attempted suicide and those bereaved by suicide. We also have members who may not necessarily have been affected but are passionate in the fight against the stigma that surrounds mental illness and suicide.

The voice of people with lived experience is essential in the development of raising awareness. Equally important, is having access to resources, information and support people who are experienced in offering advice and who understand first hand the struggles others may be facing.

Our committee are all volunteers and are passionate about organising Ride4Lives events including the suicide awareness bike ride, bereavement cruise and Suicide Prevention Week. We also promote and fund suicide prevention training and mentorship programs.

If you would like to find out more about becoming a committee member or support person then please reach out to us via email or by contacting our President, Mark Brookes.
